Shula's Steakhouse Closing & To Be Replaced

A new dining experience is coming to the Dolphin Resort


The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin has announced the closing of Shula's Steakhouse to make way for Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina. Shula's Steakhouse is set to close it's doors June 14th, 2025 with Bourbon Steak opening mid-summer of 2025.

Shula's Steakhouse

Chef Michael Mina is a James Beard Award winning chef that founded The Mina Group. The Mina Group is known for their elevated steakhouse experience that focuses on high-end cuts of beef and seafood. This Dolphin Hotel location will be the tenth location added to the Bourbon Steak brand. While it is one of ten locations, each Bourbon Steak location is known for having its own unique design and guest experience.

Very sad Indeed...Shulas has always been a great experience

This is sad news, as one of my good friends tells me that Shula's is the best steak restaurant at Disney. Nothing against Bourbon Steak at all, I'm sure it will be lovely, but I have regrets that I haven't tried Shula's and now won't get the chance to.
