Spring has sprung onto The Hollywood Brown Derby menu. Visit this Hollywood Studios location for new appetizers, entrees and enhancements being served up starting on March 4th.

Start your dining experience off with one of the new spring themed appetizers. Joining the already brilliant menu is the House-made Ravioli, Grand Marnier Liqueur-macerated Seasonal Fruit Burrata, Creamy Corn Bisque, and Sake-braised Pork Belly. These dishes will highlight fresh veg, mushrooms, succulent crab, braised pork belly, and many more spring inspired flavors.



For your main course, add some spring to your table with the Lamb Shank, Grilled Ōra King Salmon, Filet Mignon and Free-Range Chicken. These dishes are paired with an array of flavors that include potato-carrot mash, creamed corn succotash, pancetta, roasted squash, and grilled peppers. New enhancements for these entrees include Braised Wild Mushrooms and an Au Gratin Potato.
