A New Two Person Modified Single Rider Line is Being Tested at Hollywood Studios
Smuggler's Run at Disney's Hollywood Studios has had a single rider for awhile and can be a fantastic way of cutting down your time in line. It's not always a guarantee, as it depends on how parties in the standby line fill up each 6 seat Millennium Falcon cockpit. Individuals are likely to be separated from other members of their party as well,even if they queue up together.
The new modified single rider line, that Disney are reportedly testing, allows parties of two to skip the regular standby line and still be sat with one other person from their group. There is still no guarantee of what position you will be placed in as parties will be 'filling up' any available space after standby line assignments. Wait times will also vary but are likely to be less than the regular standby line.
