New details on the upcoming Island Tower revealed at D23

A new restaurant and splash pad area was revealed in concept art at this year’s D23 Ultimate Fan Event for the new Polynesian tower.
Concept art shows the restaurant on the first floor of the new tower. It features tables and booths in earthy colors and Polynesian designs. The interest feature is the school of green fish from the ceiling.

Outside there will be a water feature of what appears to be a life-sized depiction of Moana and her boat navigating the Polynesian waters. It appears that this will be located between the new tower and the older Polynesian buildings.
