Looking for that hearty home cooking? Try the Meatloaf Main Plate or Smothered Chicken. The house-made meatloaf is served with creamy mashed potatoes, Southern green beans, and a cheddar drop biscuit. The Smothered Chicken features Chef Art’s famous fried chicken thigh atop creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed broccolini, smothered in house-made onion gravy and topped with crispy bacon. Want your meatloaf with a twist? Try the new Meatloaf Sandwich, a house-made meatloaf topped with melted white cheddar, chunky ketchup, lettuce, and B&B pickles on a ciabatta bun.
New to the bar at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’
If you are bar hopping around Disney Springs, there are a few new items being shaken and stirred at Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. Order up the Cowboy Colada, a whiskey twist to the classic piña colada, or The Honeybee, a Tom Cat Gin based beverage with honey syrup, fresh squeezed lemon, and house-made honey foam. Also new to the menu is the Dragon Fruit Mojito, Siesta Key Silver Rum with prickly pear puree, purple dragon fruit, fresh mint, and lime.
New 1918 Salad
Wanting to keep things light? Try the 1918 Salad. This plate is Chef Art’s nod to a Tampa classic and features honey ham, roasted artichoke, tomato, Swiss cheese, and Spanish olives with chopped romaine and spring mix lettuce. It’s drizzled with a sauce of Worcestershire, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and vinegar.
