Real food at Oga’s? It’s happening today!
Staring today November 18th you will now be able to to enjoy new tasty bites and cocktails while at Oga’s Cantina in Hollywood Studios.
The new menu includes an Umbaran Cheese Roll which is a spice-dusted pretzel bun stuffed with herbed cheese and a dipping sauce.
Thruster Roasted Bantha Flatbread, naan flatbread topped with spiced chorizo beef and a four-cheese blend.
New drinks include the Nysillin and Bubbles with Brub Berry Essence, but to those of us Earthly beings that’s Empress 1908 Gin, St-Germain Elderflower Liquor, and a blueberry-lim juice topped with tonic water and garnished with an edible hibiscus flower.
If you’re in for a more meaty drink then the Bloody Rancor with Candied Meat might be for you. It’s a mix of Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, and house-made bloody mary mix and garnished with a spicy candied rancor bacon.
Needing something a bit more citrus-forward to quench your thirst? Then The Sylop will be the cocktail for you with a mix of Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave, and jalapeño with a Tajin seasoned rim.
And last but not least is an out of this world cold brew, the Corellian Spike Cold Brew which is a mix of Maker’s Mark Kentucky Straight Bourbon, Joffrey’s Coffee Cold Brew, vanilla flavoring, brown sugar syrup, and orange bitters. It’s topped off with a purple vanilla-use foam.
