Enjoy the limited edition July treats at Gideon's Bakehouse
July marks the start of the Flavors of Florida season at Disney Springs, and Gideon's Bakehouse has some great cookies and cold brew to celebrate fresh Floridian flavors.
For the month of July, Gideon's is brining back their favorite spooky duo of Stuart and Bonnie. Try their favorites this month, the Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip and Lemon Poppy Crum Cookies. The Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip features a vanilla bean cookies fused with orange essence and mixed up with chocolate candies. The cookie is coated with pecan pralines and candied orange peel. If when life gives you lemons, you make cookies; then this one is for you! The Lemon Poppy Crumb Cookie is a muffin top soft lemon cookie filled with poppy seeds and white chocolate. This citrus cookies is glazed with a thin layer of sugar and topped with lemon butter crumbs. Each cookie pairs perfectly with the returning Mocha Orange Nitro Cold Brew, a fantastic summer blend of oat milk, maple syrup, mocha and fresh orange.
Available from July 1st through August 11th, order up the treat specifically baked up for the Flavors of Florida months. New to the menu this summer is the Key Lime Pie Cake Bars! This dessert feature a key lime cake topped with key lime cream cheese buttercream and key lime curd. It's been dipped in Gideon's premium dark chocolate and sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs and sea salt.
