Disney has recently changed the language of their Disability Access (DAS) policy to remove the word “only”. It now states that, “DAS is one of the programs offered at Walt Disney World Resort theme parks intended to accommodate those Guests who, due to a developmental disability like autism or similar, are unable to wait in a conventional queue for an extended period of time.”
A very minor change, that is evoking lots of conversation, as Disney updates the Disability Access Service policy removing just a single word.

Have you utilized DAS?

Admin why was my post denied? I told the truth. Autism is not the only disability.
I have used DAS in the past (portable oxygen) and was so grateful. I have stopped going because of the DAS abuse,. I am now scheduled to go on a trip for my birthday because of the new rules.Don’t bow down Disney.
