Gideon's Bakehouse in Disney Springs has just announced their January flavors of the month and they sound delicious!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl Cookie

First up is the favorite cookie from 2024, the Peanut Butter Chocolate Swirl! This cookie weighs almost half a pound, and combines the popular peanut butter dough with the velvety triple chocolate dough, giving the best of both worlds. The doughs are topped with chocolate chips and peanut butter chips, alongside house made candied peanuts. Delicious! The cookie is available throughout January with a limit of two per person.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake

The cake of the month is the Peanut Butter Chocolate Deluxe Cake. This is an updated version of an old favorite. It features two layers of peanut butter cake sandwiching a layer of chocolate cake. Peanut butter and chocolate buttercreams are mixed together, with peanut butter ganache on top, alongside some peanut butter and chocolate mini chips. It is truly deluxe! It is available every Wednesday and Saturday while supplies last.

Banana Cold Brew

This months special cold brew is banana! What better flavor to combine peanut butter and chocolate together. It really does pair perfectly with the peanut butter chocolate swirl cookie. It is available everyday through January at the Disney Springs location.
