Imagineers can now learn from the legendary Joe Rohde
The lead designer of Disney's Animal Kingdom is returning to the Walt Disney Imagineering Team to teach master class work sessions. The Walt Disney Imagineering Instagram account has shared that Rohde would start shaping the minds of Imagineers this week.
As done by many former Imagineers, Rohde will mentor and share his years of storytelling knowledge with the current team to help foster the growth of creativity and imagination at Walt Disney.
Joe Rohde had retired from Imagineering in 2021 after a 40 year career with in the industry. He will be honored as a Disney Legend at the 2024 D23 event. Rohde has been credited with many stories coming to life, including Pandora: The World of Avatar, Aulani, and Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission Breakout.
