Start your morning off right with the Rise & Shine Southern Brunch at Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'! Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am - 1pm at this Disney Springs location. New menu items include a variety of delicious sweet and savory finds, including:
The Blueberry Buckle and Apple Butter Bread Pudding. The new Blueberry Buckle features a house made blueberry coffee cake that is topped with a vanilla glaze and then garnished with fresh berries and mint. The Apple Butter Bread Pudding and that perfect bit of southern comfort with that rich apple flavor. Keep the fruit flavors going by pairing either with the Britton Peach Tea of Strawberry Lemonade cocktails.
The Rise & Shine Brunch as some fantastic new staples, like the Steak & Eggs Plate and Southern-Style Cheesy Potatoes. The Steak & Eggs Plate features a country fried steak that is smothered in sawmill gravy and then topped with two eggs over easy. This dish comes with a biscuit and the new Southern-Style Cheesy Potatoes. It's sure to be a perfect plate of rich, savory flavor.
Homecomin' Hash and Vegan Hash are coming to the bunch menu! For the Homecomin' Hash, enjoy two sunny side up eggs that are layered over a hash that contains fire-roasted tomatoes, diced potatoes, chopped bacon, sauteed red peppers and onions. It's paired with potato gratin mash and a cheddar drop biscuit, yum! For the Vegan Hash, enjoy the has that includes fire-roasted tomatoes, diced potatoes, sauteed red peppers and onions with the addition of green peppers and zucchini. The hash is topped with a plant-based scramble and served with fresh fruit and toast.
