November 21st-22nd closure.

While the cold doesn't bother Elsa, it has affected Blizzard Beach operations. Due to the cold weather, Blizzard Beach is closed November 21st - 22nd. The forecast does show warmer temperatures coming, and the water park hopes to reopen Saturday, November 23rd.
