Asian American And Pacific Islander Heritage Month Foodie Guide

Enjoy the flavors celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month


The culinary team at Walt Disney World has created a beautiful menu of bold and bright flavors to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander month at Walt Disney World. Resort. The celebration kicks off on May 1st and will continue through May 31st.



Sail like Moana to Disney's Animal Kingdom for some wild finds in May. The Nomad Lounge will have the Bangkok Chicken Wings, Terra Treats will serve up the Thai Sweet Chili-Glazed Pork Pizza, Tiffins is plating up Butter Chicken and Restaurantosaurus and Pizzafari will have the sweet coconut flavors that are the Moana Heart of Te Fiti Cupcake. Quench your thirst with the Singapore Sling at Dawa Bar,  Restaurantosaurus Lounge or Thirsty River Bar.


The Asian American and Pacific Islander flavors are already available at EPCOT thanks to the International Flower and Garden Festival. The Citrus Blossom, Hanami, Trowel & Trellis and Lotus House have already be sharing with World Travel amazing flavors with dishes like Frushi, veggie filled Steam Buns, Spicy Mala Chicken Skewers and Orange-Sesame Tempura Shrimp.



Take your Ohana over to the Magic Kingdom to try the Passion Fruit IceOForm at Energy Bytes. Or, sit down at Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen for the currently available Hardy Har Char, Nile Nellie's Noodle Bowl and the new Mango Float. Park hop to Hollywood Studios for the Pork Adobo at ABC Commissary or the Teriyaki Tofu Bowl at Backlot Express.



Taking a break from the parks? Disney Springs will have many sweet and savory options to try. Your sweet tooth will thank you for trying the Strawberry Boba Milk Tea Petit Cake at Amorette's, the Purple Glazed Ube Donut at Everglazed or the Year of the Dragon Chocolate Piñata at The Ganachery. Savor all the flavors with the Gobi Manchuria at eet, Adobo Tacos at Morimotoa Asia and the Loco Moco Meatloaf at The Polite Pig.
