A New Menu Is Being Served At Todd English's bluezoo

Ahi Tuna, Angus Beef Filet and Fried Spare Ribs are bringing bold new flavor combinations to this new menu.


The Swan and Dolphin Hotel is home to the award-winning restaurant, Todd English's bluezoo. Known for their international coastal cuisine, the dishes being served to diners are full of flavor. The team at Todd English's bluezoo have been creating new menu items for their dinner menu.

Try the Peppercorn-Crusted Ahi Tuna served over seared fingerling potato, olive tapenade, red pepper soubise tempura fried oyster mushrooms and a garlic parsley emulsion.



Go from surf to turf with the Asian Fried Spare Ribs. Listed as one of Todd's favorites on the menu, savor the Asian Fried Spare Ribs with okinawa sweet potato puree, crispy slaw, lime chili glaze and edamame. The Angus Beef main is a 10 oz beef filet with roasted marble potatoes, field mushrooms, onion jam, and a truffle porcini sauce.

The beef looks delicious. I am yet to dine at The Swan or Dolphin Hotels. I would like to maybe on my next trip!
